Achievements

Being diagnosed with IBD has been very hard, but also very rewarding. It has opened doors for me that I never would have had without my diagnosis. Also, now as a graduate student pursuing a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology I am using my scientific background to educate patients on IBD science in a way that they can understand. Here are some of the achievments I am proud of as a student and a patient advocate and I am humbled to have been asked to be a part of.
